In 1997 has transformed into the Holding company JSC “Concern “Scientific Centre”.
In 2004 NIITM became a part of “Elektronica” division one of the subsidiaries of JSC “Concern “Scientific Centre”.
In 2005 JSC “Concern “Scientific Centre” has transformed into JSC “Sitronics”.
In 2006 NIITM became a part of “Microelectronic Decisions” division one of the subsidiaries of JSC “Sitronics”. |
