The R&D Institute of Precise Engineering (NIITM) was founded in 1962 as a leading enterprise for development of specialized technological equipment for microelectronics. In 1993 NIITM became a part of “Elektronica” – one of the business divisions of AFK Sistema, which has transformed into the Holding company JSC Concern “Scientific Centre” in 1997. With 2005 - JSC “Sitronics”.

Thousands of units of equipment have been produced in accordance with NIITM’s design formed the basis of semiconductor production in Russia and former Soviet republics. Hundreds of units have been delivered to the countries of Eastern Europe and China.

A well established client base, developed over many years, allows us to effectively help you to enter Russian market of microelectronics. At present our major aim is to provide the competitive technologies and equipment to our clients. That is what NIITM’s activity is directed to.
